Chronic health conditions are always multifaceted


I don't believe there is one root cause. However, nervous system dysregulation is usually present, hence your body is not going into it's natural cycles of healing and repair.

Trauma in the body can not only keep us in fight/flight or freeze mode, but it can also lead to making poor dietary and lifestyle choices.

In my experience, the nervous system needs to be brought into balance as a foundation, and from there your system will be in a much better position to make new choices in how you care for your body.

Circadian Rhythm is also highly implicated in poor general health. Human bodies are designed to get certain light signals at specific times of day that sets off a cascade of chemical and hormonal events.

This gets severely disrupted with modern lifestyles that are not getting enough natural light, getting a lot of blue light exposure from devices and bombarded with emfs. 

I will use a combination of craniosacral, bodytalk, mindful movement, nervous system education and circadian rhythm education to help you get your system back on track.
