What You'll Experience:
In-Depth Education
Start the day with expert-led sessions that demystify the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor. Understand common challenges, dispel myths, and learn how a healthy pelvic floor contributes to overall well-being.
Breathwork for Connection and Control
Learn how to identify dysfunctional breathing patterns that are contributing to pelvic floor problems. Discover how your breath is a way to improve pelvic floor function, reduce tension, and promote relaxation.
Voice work and Jaw release
The throat and jaw is deeply linked with the pelvic floor. So we will spend some time using sounds and breath and gentle movements to unwind tension held in this area. You will learn how to use vocal toning to strengthen your pelvic floor.
Empowering Movement Practices
Engage in gentle, guided movement sessions designed to activate your connection to your pelvic floor. I will draw from yoga, pilates and somatic movement to teach you different ways of engaging with and supporting your pelvic floor. Whatever your preferred form of exercise you will learn how to modify it so that you are optimising pelvic floor health.
Exploration of the energetic aspects of the pelvis
The root chakra (safety, survival, belonging) and the sacral chakra (pleasure, sensuality, sexuality).
Holistic Integration
Throughout the retreat, you will be encouraged to integrate these practices, fostering a holistic connection between mind, body, and spirit. This comprehensive approach ensures that you leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor health.

You will receive several audio practices to work with in your own time after the retreat, to ensure that your improvement continues after our time together.
