Yoga for Balance and Harmony
Begin each day with gentle yoga sessions, tailored to all levels of experience, and incorporating principles of nervous system regulation.
Breathwork, meditation and neurosensory exercises
Learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
Educational Workshops
Understanding your nervous system provides you with a map to work with in your life long after leaving the retreat. Equip yourself with practical knowledge and strategies to apply in your daily life, promoting long-term well-being and resilience. You will leave with a workbook so that you can review the material in your own time, plus audio practices to take the work into your life so you continue on the path towards resilience and wellbeing long after the retreat has ended. As well as a general understanding of your nervous system you will learn how to recognise and move through states of fight, flight and freeze.
Workshop exploring the relationship between the female nervous system and hormone health. Learn how to work with your menstrual cycle for hormonal and nervous system health.
Somatic movement Find ease and flow and regulation using the mind-body connection
Cacao and dance to connect to your body, to feel and express and move.
Workshop to explore our relationship to anger and how when suppressed anger creates nervous system dysregulation. You will learn tools to cultivate the internal power that comes from having a healthy relationship to anger.
Delicious and Nourishing meals provided by our amazing caterer Fiona Loughran. Fiona has a real gift with creating visually stunning, vibrant food, that is a feast for the senses.

Get away from it all. The location in Wicklow is wild and secluded. There is no wifi in the building but a short walk up the road will get you some signal if you need it.
Come away with a workbook containing everything we cover over the weekend so you can review it at your leisure. You will also receive a series of audio practices to take back into your life and continue the journey.

A note on shared accommodation.
Many of us are reluctant to share sleeping spaces on retreat. I get it, I used to be that person. However I encourage you to consider that the female nervous is wired for connection and sharing. When our oestrogen is high enough we naturally seek connection, known as the ‘tend and befriend’ response in the nervous system. It raises our oestrogen and reduces our stress. When we are too much on our male side and our system is producing too much testosterone, we lose contact with this biological need for social engagement. We think we want to be alone but we are missing out on the hormonal support that we get from being with other women. Food for thought….
