Enjoy freedom from Pain

Using advanced physiotherapy and somatic release to let go of deep patterns of tension in your body,

leaving you free of pain and tension.

What makes my approach different?

Our bodies hold the stories of our lives in our muscles, tissues, fascia, organs and nervous system. A fall you had 20 years ago, a stressful experience that never got fully digested, an ongoing challenging situation at work. All of these things leave imprints on the body and need to be addressed for a full restoration of health and function. This is not about talking, it's about working with the tissues of your body to release these old imprints. Combined with expert physiotherapy this approach heals your problem at it's root and leaves you feeling better on every level.

Testimonials

  • Mary, Dun Laoghaire

I went to Sinead after struggling with ongoing back pain. Working with Sinead I began to understand the connection between physical pain and emotional pain. I had lost my husband prior to the onset of the pain and with Sinead's help I learned how to process the emotions I had buried. I found my sessions with Sinead to be profoundly healing both physically and emotionally. I have a new understanding of my body and the connections between mind, body and emotions. I recommend Sinead to everyone I know who is suffering from any pain.

  • Sallyann, Dublin

Sinead has a way of putting one at ease with her very warm and compassionate manner.  She really cares and is able to listen and apply her understanding and experience to get to the root of the problem.

I really had no idea that the pain I was getting was related to stress. Like everyone I just get on with it and keep myself busy but Sinead showed me how to slow down and feel the sensations in my body in a deeper way that allowed me to release a lot of tension. The whole process taught me how to be kinder to myself and treat my body with more care and respect. I'm happy to say I'm pain free these days, and go to Sinead's yoga class to maintain my healthy body.

  • Anne, Blackrock

In August of last year (2024). I got a very painful and disturbing episode of vulva pain. It was diagnosed as pudendal neuralgia but I was getting no relief from medical treatment. I was very uncomfortable and rather alarmed at the sensations. I consulted with Sinead who demonstrated great understanding of the issue and also a lovely sense of compassion which was very welcome in the circumstances.

She applied her powerful combination of holistic, physio and pelvic skills and within a few sessions the nerve pain subsided. I was very grateful to her indeed.

I do think her combination of approaches is particularly useful in cases such as pelvic pain and would happily recommend  her.

  • Caroline, Dublin

I have to say, the knowledge, expertise, and care Sinead brings to her work is quite exceptional. The extended length one-to-one physiotherapy and holistic healing session I had with her was very therapeutic in addressing my chronic pelvic floor tension. Sinead’s professionalism and warmth created a super supportive space so I felt really at ease and was able to engage fully with the treatments. The gentle sequence of Body Talk therapy, cranio-sacral therapy and deep tissue massage allowed my body to progressively release tension and emotional stress and supported me to really tune into my body wisdom when it came to the option of internal work.

I really appreciated Sinead’s sensitivity to my individual experience of the treatments and throughout the session she encouraged me to listen to my body and what it was comfortable with. By the end of the session I felt deeply relaxed and was pleased to notice a further release of pelvic floor tension.

    Thank you Sinead!

  • Leisha, Dublin

I worked with a traditional women's health physio for 10 years after a badly handled birth of my almost 10lb baby. I was kept in a loop and felt no long term healing. When I started working with Sinead I realised what had been missing. Sinead worked not just with my pelvis but  with my whole body, including working with my nervous system to help me let go of old stress and trauma. She is knowledgeable, instinctive and kind and I always feel so safe in her capable hands. I recommend her to anyone who will listen and I believe that she can make a real, lasting change for anyone lucky enough to work with her.

    Thank you Sinead.
